*Note - Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order. / All shipments are by mail (company CTT.pt of Portugal), are registered and with tracking number / Normal delivery without tracking number has lower values, but for security reasons, we did not send it that way.

Orders are sent to your address if you wish to be sent to another, please let us know in the description of payment. Your item/s will be shipped in 1-7 business days, from the moment that we receive your payment. The creation time can take between 1-4 weeks depending on the number of the orders at moment. We do our best to be fast.
All orders are sent by registered, and then may request the tracking number, and follow your order on the website of the post office in our country.

TIME OF ARRIVAL:
• National (Portugal), 1-5 business days.
• For all of Europe, 1-10 working days.
 

With the current world situation (covid.19 / 2020 - 2022), transport companies do not guarantee deadlines, and there are exceptionally some delays

Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for theft, loss or damaged pieces by the shipping company. All clients must open their orders in the presence of an employee, and if find a problem, make a complaint on delivery. For orders with various pieces with quantity greater than 2kg, please contact us to do simulation sending value.

The ISART piecess are all created, reviewed, confirmed and packed with attention & carefully by 4 eyes and 4 hands. If there is a technical defect should contact the brand, in the next 7 days, for an alternative. If your piece get broken, torn, cut, broken or otherwise, those responsible are the transport company/post office, where you have to make a complaint on delivery.

Your items will not be exchanged if:

• They are dirty;
• Washed (by hand or machine), ironed, used, damaged or altered;
• They show strong odors (Tobacco smoke , fried...)
• The leather have small flaws (with nails, cut with scissors, dirt, creams... );
• They are custom pieces made ​​to order, to your style and size;
• Spend 10 business days for the exchange;
• Damaged/stolen by the shipping company.

Attention, to give back another piece in place of that you change, the brand needs between 1-3 weeks to complete the entire process to the shipment, depending on volume of orders at the moment. If you wish to replace the piece that is in stock ready for delivery, the process is more rapid between 1-4 business days. After checking your order and the conditions that presents, send your new piece.
If we understand to return your money, we inform you that, we removed 10% of the value of the piece/s to update, maintenance and other processes of the brand. The pieces are ISART item/s finals, created with love!

CUSTOM ORDES

What makes special ISART, is its flexibility when creating pieces completely in the style of each person! Within our models, you can adapt them to you, changing colors available in stock, other details, or even apply for a unique and original item designed for you! Due to the number of orders, in some seasons we do not create custom orders.Contact us.

Simple rules for custom orders:

-- We do not accept exchanges, cancellations, returns, refunds.

- The pieces made to order can not be changed, because they are created to the taste, style and size of the client, so think and decide well.

- You will have to provide us with your correct measurements.

- The creation time after payment, varies between 1-4 weeks, depending on the time and volume of orders at the moment. Each piece is created with manual techniques without using machines, so we need our time to create with love and care.

- We only create our models with some changes or new ones designed especially for you, we do not reproduce or make copies of pieces of other brands.

- For custom orders we only accept payments by bank transfer.

PROMOTIONS | SALES

Sometimes we have special offers for our wild souls, and to celebrate new seasons. So, if you find 'FREE SHIPPING', they should know that they will be sent by regular mail, not registered and without tracking number. If you prefer registered mail you will need to inform us before sending, and to pay this extra fee. The pieces in promotion, usually there is only one of each model, and if it is no longer available in stock and you want to order an equal, the price will be normal. Promotions can be updated every day.

SPECIAL CARES | LEATHER PIECES

• How to clean
The main rule is simple: leather and water do not match. Therefore, the best way to clean it is with a damp cloth (almost dry), very well twisted, without any type of chemical (this in the pieces of smooth leather, the suede pieces are stained or darker with any type of water). No neutral soap, detergents or alcohol, as well as washing machines or dryers.
ISART clothing is a very special fusion of leather + fabrics (metals and stones), so the fabric parts can be washed by hand without wetting the leather part. Leather is a more sensitive material and colors change and also dry a lot.
What the brand and our clients advise is:
- In the case of a skirt (short or long): Put the leather belt part in a plastic bag and tie it with something so that it does not get wet, then wash the hand the fabric part with your usual detergent.
- In the case of a Necklace Top: Put the leather collar part in a plastic bag and tie it with something so it does not get wet, then wash the hand the fabric part with your usual detergent.
- In the case of a Top attached to the neck: The top and bottom are woven and can be washed by hand without wetting the part of the 'belt'. That is, it will be washed in pieces.

Do not dry the leather parts directly in the sun, as they will dry, change color and sometimes can open cracks.

Our fabrics are of quality and the colors do not normally change, but the leather can change its color to light fabrics if it is washed. Most of our metals are prepared with anti allergic products, but the water also does not match with them, as it is like a collar or as a belt, they are not dishwasher safe.

Usually professional laundries know how to handle leather parts if you need help. And for a long duration you can buy special products for leather, usually in shoe stores or professionals who arrange shoes.

• How to save
The leather and the derivatives of chamois are animal skin and are subject to fungal attack, especially when stored in humid and dark places. Leather clothing should never be stored in plastic bags because this type of material creates moisture and favors the proliferation of fungi on the skin. Regarding skirts, they should not be hung with pants hangers because the belts can be marked.

What may seem very complicated, in fact, is very simple and easy. The designers and many customers have already have pieces for about 8 years and continue almost as on the first day, even going through many festivals and trips.
We leave all the indications so that they can take care of your pieces of the best form and that they maintain them for many years, and who knows that your children still wear them!

• The customer photos that are submitted by the owners as feedback can be used on our pages as an advertisement. If they prefer not to be published, they can tell us or not send it.

• The email provided by the customer can be used to contact us in case of a custom order, question or order problem and may also be used for newsletter submission (promotions and ISART information)

• You should respect our brand, website and your information, and do not contact or disturb the brand with fake orders. We will no longer respond to emails that attempt to get fake orders.
